About The Role

Salary: £32,000-£35,000 per annum

Location: Across Essex

Hours: 37 hours per week

Contract: Permanent

Join ECL as a Care Assessment Lead, known internally as a Lead Trusted Assessor, to make an impact in our day centres for people with learning disabilities/autism and older people. You'll be overseeing the review and assessment of the individuals we support, responsible for ensuring that our customers receive a robust and holistic assessment before starting their support with us. You will ensure that the customer is centric in all that we do and that quality reviews ensure their voice is heard.

Previous management experience of supporting and developing remote teams, alongside applied knowledge of social care support, will enable you to develop the service and ensure needs and expectations are met.

You will have a proven track record of co-ordinating on a large scale, developing relationships in a multidisciplinary environment within the health and social care sector.

About You

To be considered as Assessment Co-ordinator, you need:

Diploma or degree in Social Work, CQSW, CSS, or management qualification
Management experience within a care environment
Experience developing relationships with healthcare professionals
Analytical and digital skills for accurate record management
Experience generating referrals and building links in the local community
