Are you a qualified Speech and Language Therapist looking for a part-time role?

As a Speech and Language Therapist you will provide support to vulnerable adults across our ECL Day Centres throughout Essex and be on hand to provide Speech and Language expertise to staff. There is also opportunity to facilitate and develop customer focussed training, targeting accessibility of communication.

Being part of our Clinical team means you will:

• Receive full clinical support/supervision from the Clinical Lead who is a fully qualified SALT, building on CPD and multidisciplinary practice skills
• Be part of a wider network of Adults acquired and Adult Learning Disability teams working in partnership with the NHS across Essex
• Have a peer supervision group for dysphagia
• Have the opportunity to mentor our SALT apprentice while they complete their degree
• Opportunity to be a practice manager by taking part in the mentoring of University SALT students undertaking placements with ECL
• Receive full support in developing dysphagia skills and competencies
