About The Role

Salary: Office Administrator - Harlow
Location: Harlow with some travel required to support other regions on occasion
Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week- Monday – Friday, 08.30 – 4.30pm
Contract: Permanent
 

Are you an experienced Office Administrator? 

 ECL West Essex Region are looking for a highly organised and detail‑focused Administrator to help keep our daily operations running smoothly. In this role, you’ll manage a variety of administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate records, coordinating schedules, preparing documents, and supporting internal teams with essential office processes. From time to time, you’ll also assist with light recruitment duties such as arranging interviews, and helping to coordinate candidate communication.

About You

  To be considered for the role of Office Administrator at ECL, you need:
  • A valid driving licence and vehicle with business insurance to use for work
  • Previous experience dealing with recruitment admin 
  • A knack for mutli-tasking and organisation
  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • Strong IT skills with the ability to use a variety of software applications and systems
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
  • Effective and adaptable communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to confidentially handle sensitive information
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team
  • A full induction and training will be provided with ongoing support.
