About The Role

Salary: Office Administrator - Harlow
Location: Harlow with some travel required to support other regions on occasion
Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week- Monday – Friday, 08.30 – 4.30pm
Contract: Permanent
 

Are you an experienced administrator with a proactive, customer-focused work ethic?

Our Office Administrators are crucial to ensure our services run smoothly and that the team deliver the best possible care and support to our customers. The West Essex Region require an organised, computer literate, and collaborative individual to support them.

This role will be crucial to supporting our planning team, therefore, you will be:

  • Supporting and working closely with the Resource Planning Teams.
  • Speaking with customers or their families to answer and resolve queries.
  • Liaising with commissioning teams to ensure our customers have a seamless journey whilst in our service.

About You

  To be considered for the role of Office Administrator at ECL, you need:
  • A valid driving licence and vehicle with business insurance to use for work
  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • Strong IT skills with the ability to use a variety of software applications and systems
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
  • Effective and adaptable communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to confidentially handle sensitive information
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team
  • A full induction and training will be provided with ongoing support.
