About The Role

Hybrid working (home based, Chelmsford Headquarters and travel to London based sites).

ECL are looking for an experienced and qualified Senior Project Manager to join the team and lead on the mobilisation of a new operational service.

You’ll need to hit the ground running and will play a key role in the successful delivery of the project and effective handover to the business. Utilising exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, you’ll lead and motivate a project team and provide challenge to the norm to ensure that deadlines are met, and expectations are exceeded.

About You

To be considered as a Senior Project Manager, you need:
 
A recognised Project Management qualification (i.e. APM, Prince2 Practitioner)
Demonstrable experience of planning and managing complex projects
Experience of working in or with local government partners would be advantageous
The ability to work at pace, whilst ensuring excellent stakeholder and change management
Strong communication skills with the ability to challenge colleagues at all levels
Experience of leading and motivating a project team
The ability to network and forge effective professional relationships
A proactive approach to work and ability to effectively prioritise
