Community Connector - Connect to Work

To be considered for the role of Community Connector, you need:

• A full and valid driving licence with own vehicle to travel
• Experience of delivering to an employment service or social care contract
• Experience working in a target-driven environment in line with KPIs
• To hold, or be working towards, a Supported Employment Diploma Level 3 (or equivalent)
• Experience of directly supporting individuals into employment or volunteering
• Adaptable communication skills to work with both individuals and community/voluntary-based organisations
