We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner – Employee Relations and Organisational Development to lead the development and delivery of our Employee Relations (ER) strategy. This is a fantastic opportunity to partner with managers and the wider HR team to shape a supportive, inclusive, and high-performing working culture across our organisation.
As the ER lead, you’ll drive meaningful change, act as a trusted advisor, and support a culture where our employees feel valued, engaged, and aligned with ECL’s mission to deliver outstanding care and support services.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in a senior HR or ER-focused role, ideally in a complex or unionised environment.
- Deep knowledge of UK employment law and confident handling of complex ER cases.
- Strong analytical and influencing skills, with a solutions-focused and coaching mindset.
- A collaborative leader who can engage at all levels and challenge constructively.
- Experience with organisational development, culture change and employee engagement initiatives.
