ECL is working on behalf of Essex County Council to deliver ‘Connect to Work’ for people who face additional barriers to employment, as part of the Government’s new ‘Get Britain Working’ initiative.
The Contract Manager will be responsible for the successful roll out and delivery of the programme across Essex, ensuring compliance, delivery and performance in line with the contract terms. In this role, you will be responsible for forecasting and planning accurately, providing regular reports on progress to senior management against profile, and liaising with the contract manager within Essex County Council (ECC) who is responsible for the administration of the Connect to Work programme in Essex.
The contract manager will build and maintain good relationships with key stakeholders, internally and externally, being the key point of contact for the service. In this role, you will line manage the administrator and deputise for the team manager as appropriate.
