Care Needs Assessor

To be considered as a Care Needs Assessor, you need:

• A driving licence and use of personal vehicle for work purposes
• Experience in the social care sector
• To be confident travelling around the South Essex area
• Exceptional communication skills
• The ability to build and develop strong relationships with stakeholders
• Solid IT skills
• The ability and confidence to work independently and manage your own time
• A proactive, adaptable and customer focussed work ethic
• Level 3 QCF is highly desirable, or willingness to work towards

Travel required across South Essex to work at local centres and visit customers. Although you may be asked to travel in other areas within Essex occasionally.
